Two expensive pairs of glasses have each broken within weeks due to some combination of poor quality materials and a constant need to be adjusted due to not keeping their fit. I should not feel like I need to bring in glasses every week or two for an adjustment. The office is also closed 3 days a week, sometimes more due to holidays, so I am left with no recourse and with a faulty medical implement when issues arise on the wrong day of the week.
Went in for a second opinion of computer glasses done by another optometrist in Jupiter. They are booked until July but the tech kindly helped me at no charge with tightening my frames and confirmed my glasses are really reading not computer lenses. Hopefully, they get a cancellation for me to get my computer lenses done right. Front desk even checked my insurance.
I have been going here for years. Great doctor and staff. However, they enforce masks and make you use hand sanitizer. I declined both but was told it was mandatory. What happened to freedom of choice? Masks are no longer mandatory in Martin County. Not to mention, they did not say any of this would be necessary when I called to make my appointment. I would have kindly given up my appointment and took my business elsewhere that respects freedom of choice.
