My 1st visit there as I recently moved from out of town. A lot of negative comments and I was apprehensive. I had a positive experience at this office. Everyone was willing to help and were very professional. The fact less opinions are the real problem. I would of given 5 stars but since it's only my first visit I will perhaps wait for results of my visit to consider that.

I'd love to give 5 stars but i can't i don't even want to give them one. I've been coming here for at least 10 years and i think its time to make a change. I've been waiting a month to get a consult for imaging and an MRI on a shoulder injury. I call multiple times a week and no one can ever seem to get the consult request pushed up to the practitioner. I've been patient with everyone I've talked to and I've requested the manager a couple of times and i haven't got a response from them either. Please Do Better.

Now i see why the low reviews. Called twice. First, i was told it'll be a moment. 35 minutes 20 seconds on hold. Called 2nd time and i said i needed to make an appointment change so that they knew it was a quick help. Was told that it would be a second. 54 minutes and 50 seconds later, they closed and no longer answered my call. "Wonderful" service! Dont know whats up with this office but so far it's been the worst VA clinic ive dealt with.
