I appreciate that we did not have to wait a long time. We have visited two other eye specialists and have had to wait for a very long time. Anytime that we had to wait was brief. And when they said the doctor would be in a few minutes, the doctor was in our room within a couple minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also really appreciated that Dr Spencer took the time to answer all of our questions and even asked our daughter if she had any questions. Overall we had a fantastic experience and we will most definitely be returning to see Dr spencer.
We had such a wonderful experience at Dr Spencer's office! The staff was extremely helpful and responsive. They were able to squeeze us in when it was an emergency which we greatly appreciated. If you're looking for a pediatric eye doctor in Martin County, I'd highly recommend Dr Spencer.
We had such a wonderful experience at this office today! I brought all three of my kids, though only two had appointments, and from start to finish the visit was fantastic. The office has multiple waiting areas with toys, which made the time go by quickly and kept everyone happy. The lighting is calm and sensory-friendly, which made a huge difference for my children.
The doctor and staff were extremely thorough and reassuring, taking the time to explain everything and make sure we felt comfortable. What stood out most to me was how welcoming they were to my high-energy kids—my children felt at ease and free to be themselves, which is so rare and so appreciated.
