My experience with Sparks Electrical was excellent. I called Sparks because I was concerned about a possible electrical issue with my pool equipment. Jim, the owner of the company, called me, said he was nearby and could stop by in 15-20 minutes. He was so pleasant; he quickly checked out and verified the problem was the motor, not an electrical issue… easing my mind. Thanks Jim!
If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Amazing service from the initial phone call to the service provided. I had the privilege of Jim coming out to check an issue I was having and I received way more than I expected. What a blessing it was to meet him. He not only left having fixed my problem, he also left a big imprint on my heart.
I called Sparks Electrical because I needed electricity in my shed that I use as a workshop. Jim, the owner came out first who was very personable and very professional. He asked me what I needed and set on to scope the work area out. He then explained everything that was needed and gave me an excellent price for the job. His secretary, Valerie then called to schedule a day that was convenient for me and called a half hour before the Tech's arrived. The Techs were friendly and very professional informing me when water/power would be turned off. They worked very diligently and cleaned up after themselves before they left.
