I’ve been coming here for four years and have noticed a decline in business. Maybe being considerate of others time is the problem. I couldn’t get in with my regular girl there so I booked with someone else and it’s just bad as a doctors appointment. They want you to sit and wait a half hour and that they were just guessing. There is no way that anyone wants to make an appointment for their nails to sit and wait half hour 45 minutes to be seen if that was the case I wouldn’t make an appointment I would walk in.
Had no appointment and they took me right away. Very polite, clean, nicely decorated. Service was ok. Felt a bit rushed. My regular mani pedi was done in 40 minutes.Cost was $50 although website says $45.Place had many customers so they must be doing something right.Id recommend itServices: Pedicure
For me this salon is hit or miss. Lately, it's a miss. The nail techs do not speak to but rather to each other. I thought maybe they did not realize that but at the end of my last mani-pedi the tech apologized for not paying attention and visiting with her co-workers so much. When I first moved here seven years ago it was so much friendlier. Recently the the salon has been updated and looks very nice, the prices have gone up, they are closed on Sunday's, and the customer service is poor. You may get a great service but most of the times not so much. The staff acts silly, unaware, and not professional. The three is only based on past experiences and a hope that they pay attention to these comments and up their game. Thank you.
