I have nothing but positive remarks regarding Sonya and the team at Sharkey Air. I love when I call during regular hours someone promptly answers the phone and I'm not sent to an answering service. Nothing is more frustrating than calling a business, leaving a message with an answering service and then having to wait for them to call you back when your AC doesn't work and you're hot. Everyone I've worked with at Sharkey Air has been pleasant, clean, and TIMELY. They show up when they say they will show up and do the job that they have promised. WOW!! Great service from the Sharkey Air team. My home AC died on Friday evening, I left a voice mail figuring I would get a call back Monday morning. Less than an hour later Anthony called and Brian the service tech was at my house in 30 minutes. Unfortunately, my compressor, 10 years old was fried. Tuesday I had a brand new unit installed.
