We have used Sailfish Pools for many years and they have done a phenomenal job for us. From general weekly cleanings to complicated repairs and equipment replacement, we have found them knowledgeable, professional and timely in troubleshooting and caring for our saltwater pool. Bob, Kim and Josh really know their stuff! We highly recommend them!
Great service, quick repair really recommend this company. Kim in the office is efficient and very knowledgeable. Bob the repairman was right on, fast and explained everything, answered all my questions. Pricing was very fair. They installed a new filter system.
Two years ago today our new inground pool was opened. The company who serviced our former above ground pool was also the company contracted to get our new pool up and running. Unfortunately, that company got so busy that they had to trim back some of their work areas and passed us on to another company. This new company struggled to keep our pool clean for eight months. After getting frustrated and looking at my security footage, the reason was clear. Lack of effort. They also hit me up with an unexpected $50 bill for chemicals.
