Two years ago today our new inground pool was opened. The company who serviced our former above ground pool was also the company contracted to get our new pool up and running. Unfortunately, that company got so busy that they had to trim back some of their work areas and passed us on to another company. This new company struggled to keep our pool clean for eight months. After getting frustrated and looking at my security footage, the reason was clear. Lack of effort. They also hit me up with an unexpected $50 bill for chemicals. This would be a semi annual bill on top of everything else I paid. I understand it is the industry standard, but I was never told of this upfront. So I went and searched for another company. Two companies submitted bids that were the exact same amount and it was a tough decision. What put Sailfish Pools over the top was the commitment I felt from the owner, Bob. He came out, looked my pool over, and pointed out several things that the former company was not doing, which had already caused damage to my not yet one year-old pool . Once Sailfish took over, the pool maintained it’s crystal clear beauty and the water felt delicious. There was not that sliminess we had grown accustomed to from the other company. The water was as perfect as the pool. At one point last December I swapped out timers. A defect in the timer caused, a bit of algae to grow in my pool. I had become Sailfish Pools thorn for about three months while we tried to get the timer issue under control not once did they complain, refuse to service it, or give me any grief for all of the calls I made to them, in fact, the response was this is what we are here for. My recommendation for Sailfish Pools comes with the highest gratitude I can offer. And yes, they did tell me about the extra chemical fee upfront, so it was not a surprise. If you’re looking for a new pool service, look no further. Sailfish Pools is it.
