Shawn and his team did a complete home inspection for us as prospective home buyers. The team was excellent in all respects, easily worth five stars (or more)! Shawn's verbal summary at the end of the inspection was clear and concise. It matched in detail the written report, which was received later the same day. The report identified important issues that we had missed, for example ones that could have rendered the home uninsurable or susceptible to serious weather damage.
