The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. They listen to you when you talk. They answer any questions you may have . If you need pain management, this would be the group to go to.

Check in was easy, I had to update my information on the iPad. Then I saw my arnp they checked my medications. I spoke with the Dr and the representative for my back stimulator. It was a thorough visit. Very professional.

I have met Dr.Alvarez and his Staff one time and spoke with the Staff over the phone, I couldn't ask for more Friendly and understanding people . I am SO nervous about my upcoming epidural injection and I expressed my concerns with the Woman I spoke to and she put me at ease about the procedure which I am quite thankful for ! My appointment is coming soon , I'm hoping for the Best and I will update after the procedure is done - hopefully to ease others minds who fear it like i do ! I also want to thank Dr. Leibner who referred me for all his understanding and help . Thank you All - UPDATE : I had my Steroid Spinal injection and Dr. Alvarez did it painlessly... read full review
