The work crew of Alex and Valente were great. They both were very professional and courteous. If I had an issue the communication with the main office could be improved. Job looks terrific.
Logan and Tom installed my floor. They were extremely professional and efficient. The floor came out beautiful. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess behind. The care of the floor was totally explained to me, which I was glad as I assumed it would be more complicated. The warranty was provided in writing and followed up on email. I had a gorgeous garage floor completed in one day. The price beat all the competitors and check the Better Business Rating, you can't get higher. I'm very happy and would highly recommend.
All we can say about OX Floors is that they were efficient and professional from beginning of the process when Rob presented the product and program and the end when Ryan and Jeremy completed the project. It was impressive how the whole process is done and what is so amazing is that you can walk on the floor within the first 12 hours of the process. We of course waited longer as the floor looked so beautiful that we didn’t want to drive on it (just in case 🙃). Highly recommend OX Floors, it is worth every penny. MM and EH.
