We recently had all our windows and patio doors replaced by O’Donnell Impact Windows and Storm Protection. After doing lots of research on product and service of different companies, we chose O’Donnell specifically for their installation and service reputation. Our salesman, Sean, was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful with decisions made and assuring us we would be very happy with their workmanship and service. Amy coordinated the installation and service guys with us. We had a project manager, Keith, who was onsite each day. He oversaw the entire project and kept the lines of communication open. Juan,, Carlos, and Nashaud did an excellent job installing my new windows. They were professional,courteous, and worked efficiently from start to finish. They took the time to make sure everything was done right and left the area clean when they were finished. Keith is an excellent project manager from start to finish and is always available to answer any questions questions I have. I'm very happy with the results and would highly recommend O'Donnell Impact Windows.
