I have been with Dr. Marino for over 5 years ans i have nothing but great things to say about her. She is knowledgeable, thorough with her exam and great bedside manners. Unfortunately I have to give this office a 3 stars because her front desk staff has been rude, sarcastic and lacking in good client service skills. The team can make or break your practice :(
Excellent facilities. Was extremely impressed with my Optometrist, Amber Pearce. She was very thorough with my eye exam and showed she cared. A rare quality now a days. Strongly recommend.
Very poor communication, particularly one of the people doing the actual glasses. They 100% deserve 3 stars but I feel bad since they have so few reviews so I’ll put 4.
I brought my glasses in with a scratched lense. They took my glasses, said “they’ll be ready early next week”. Next Thursday rolls around and I call in because I still hadn’t heard anything. “Oh see they sent the wrong lenses so we had to send them back and get new ones”… I recieved no call in any way about the delay, she assured me they’d 100% be ready the following Monday, so I called in Monday afternoon to make sure they were ready.
