“We were in the Best Buy in Stuart today and as with all other stores, they are understaffed with it seems just one person in each department. After waiting for a customer service gentleman finishing up a sale, I went up and asked me if he could help my husband and I. He told me there was one woman in that he was going to help and right after that he would be with us. Well, I'll tell you, it was definitely worth the wait. Jay was amazing. We asked a ton of question about TV's and he answered every one, and actually showed us features that we hadn't even asked about. He was amazingly knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Considering how busy he was he didn't try to rush us in any way. I asked him about a return policy in case we didn't like the TV and he gave us that information also. You might not know this, but you a gem of an employee working for you, and I hope you have some sort of appreciation program, because he should be at the top!“
