About Massage Spring
Massage Spring offers a range of massage services, with customers generally satisfied with the quality of the massages. However, the business has faced some challenges, such as the lack of a dedicated receptionist, leading to distractions during the massage sessions. Additionally, the pricing structure, including additional fees for certain payment methods, has been a point of concern for some customers. Overall, Massage Spring provides a decent massage experience, though there is room for improvement in terms of the overall customer experience.
Me and my husband just received massages here. We love massages and love trying different places. We were very impressed by Massage Springs. We got an hour each. My masseuse Susan was great. We live 5 mins away so we will definitely be back.
There is NO TRUE COUPLES MASSAGE SETUP LIKE it was illustrated ONLINE. ME and MY WIFE WERE IN SEPERATE ROOMS keep in mind this was a surprise birthday MASSAGE. "BLACK PEOPLE" U CAN BYPASS THIS ONE !!!! THEN THEY WANT U TO TIP THEM BEFORE AT CHECK IN THEY EVEN TOUCH U !!!. ?
I’ve been going to this place since they opened and were on Groupon. They have increased their prices over time and charge five dollars for a Bank of America credit card… Just an FYI. It is three dollars if you use a different credit card. Also they do not have a receptionist, so they will answer phone calls while massaging you and also leave to talk to people walking in the door which is very disruptive to the relaxing experience. The massages are good, but it is very distracting when the phone is ringing and the doors are opening with customers.
