I called Travis with Kool Air after my home warranty company assigned some other company who misdiagnosed our AC and told us the wrong part needed was on back order for 4-6 weeks. Travis came out and got our AC up and running in a matter a minutes! He even diagnosed it over the phone just by us telling him what it was doing! I can’t highly recommend Kool Air enough!

Second visit
I had a big named Air Conditioning Company that I have maintenance on, they never told me that the unit that they wanted to sell me a $17,500 AC unit was still under its 10 year parts and labor warranty from the factory. Kool Air, Is the only air-conditioning company I will use again, because when Drivers came out, he told me that my AC was still covered under the 10 year parts of labor warranty from the Manufacturer. and I can say I saved around $17,000 on the deal.
