We were in the Best Buy in Stuart today and as with all other stores, they are understaffed with it seems just one person in each department. After waiting for a customer service gentleman finishing up a sale, I went up and asked me if he could help my husband and I. He told me there was one woman in that he was going to help and right after that he would be with us. Well, I'll tell you, it was definitely worth the wait. Jay was amazing. We asked a ton of question about TV's and he answered every one, and actually showed us features that we hadn't even asked about. He was amazingly knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Considering how busy he was he didn't try to rush us in any way. I asked him about a return policy in case we didn't like the TV and he gave us that information also. You might not know this, but you a gem of an employee working for you, and I hope you have some sort of appreciation program, because he should be at the top!
I called a couple of weeks ago to ask about getting an old smart watch battery replaced. The man who answered seemed preoccupied and disinterested in hearing what I was asking for and the model information i was giving him. He told me they could do the repair, gave me the estimated price I asked for and told me to make an appointment online.So fast forward to today, I finally decide to make an appointment online and go. Well, as it turns out, they can't do the repair because the model is too old. I love the geek squad at Best Buy in Jensen Beach, FL. I called and made an appointment. Only a brief wait & they immediately resolved an issue with my gaming PC & accessories. I recommend the membership.
