Bill is easy to contact, schedule and is prompt. When he had difficulty remoting my computer - due to my wifi signal - he immediately set up a home visit and spent considerable time diagnosing, explaining and offering options for short and long term fix. He cleaned things up to get things running faster and showed me my SSD is close to failing which is the root cause.
