It starts from the top, so the owner must be one heck of a great guy! Doug & Kim went above & beyond for me in sales. Marcello & Eric put perfection into their work!! Flooring USA was phenomenal!!! Starting with Kyle inside the store who was so helpful and nice, to their wonderful installers who came out to the house. I will definitely be using them in the future to complete my upstairs. I highly recommend this company!!!
