Another associate was friendly, incredible helpful, patient, and answered all questions to ensure customers got everything needed for a tub to shower conversion. A lead designer provided expert designs with great care, making the process fun, with the same quality service expected from a professional independent design firm. Everyone in the store was welcoming and helpful, though one designer was extremely rude and walked away in the middle of caring for a customer. Went into the store Saturday to purchase the tile needed to do a tub to shower conversion. Came in with a list of my needs and was met by a friendly and incredible helpful associate, Anna. She stuck with us the entire time to ensure we got everything we needed to get for this job. She was patient, answered all our questions and got us the help we needed. Much appreciated!
Working with Chrissy Crago Lead Designer in the Stuart store has been the most refreshing experience. Chrissy takes her time walks through through your selections with great care and makes it fun!
