I wasn't at all familiar with the ceramic coating process and Joey explained it thoroughly and patiently. I opted for the 9-year coating, as I intend to keep my car for a very long time. The work was amazing; you cannot tell AT ALL that this was done after-market by hand. It is beautifully deep and shiny. (Girls, think of dip nail polish, but for your car.). When it rains, the water rolls right off, and the car stays significantly cleaner because dirt doesn't really stick to it. An excellent investment!“
