Many local electric companies seem to be sending out young guys fresh out of training with very limited trouble shooting skills (aka limited experience) yet the companies are charging top dollar for the service call as if they were seasoned pros. I work for a senior living company and we had a problem with the electrical ( we thought). We called the company on the fuse box and they were 2 hours away and out to lunch literally, We couldn’t get a hold of anyone.
