Great staff friendly and professional. Dr Julie diagnosed our dog and explained to us what we needed to do next. I never felt rushed and i was so appreciative of how they interacted with my dog in a caring and calming manner.

I adore everyone at this clinic. My cat had entropion, which caused him to form a very painful ulcer. I got an appointment so easily and Dr. Hempstead treated him then and there. Dr. Hempstead discussed the options with me to correct the problem once his ulcer healed. I loved how considerate and thoughtful she was in walking me through the different procedures after accounting for Indy's age and health. We did a less invasive procedure and his eye looks so wonderful. After the procedure, the clinic called twice to check in on him. They are such wonderful people! Christie at the front desk is also such a doll. I love chatting with her before appointments.

We saw Dr. Hempstead for sudden vision loss and hyphema in one eye of our dog. Dr. Hempstead was very knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. We’ve been to the office twice now, had multiple phone interactions and the entire staff is welcoming and warm.
