The spa is known for its beautiful decor, with pink accents, high ceilings, and a clean, inviting atmosphere. Customers praise the professionalism and knowledge of the staff, particularly highlighting the exceptional service from Stephanie and her assistant. They take the time to explain procedures and ensure clients feel comfortable. The team is friendly, and the place is absolutely gorgeous. Visitors appreciate that staff members do not try to upsell unnecessary products and instead focus on explaining options and how each product works. The spa also features a cute boutique that carries the best brand products, adding to the overall pleasant experience. A new, larger facility will be opening soon off Kanner Hwy.
I felt welcomed the minute I stepped into this beautiful space. Every question was answered thoroughly and pricing was reviewed before the treatment. I will definitely be making Albany Aesthetics my go to med spa for all my skin care needs. I look forward to my next treatment!
