I work for a roofing contractor, and one of our crewmembers accidentally broke a water main going into a customer’s house. They were completely without water right in the middle of the day. Marge at Aetna dispatched their technician Mike right away. He was there within an hour and did a bang up job. All for a great price. Thanks so much everyone at Aetna!

Our Tankless Water Heater was acting up. Called the factory for an authorized technician. Then called Aetna based on their recommendation. Mike showed up within a day, spent a few hours servicing and troubleshooting the unit. It works great now, better than when we bought the house. We had used a local plumber the last time this happened. Nice guy but not factory trained for these high tech units. If you have a tankless unit I would call Aetna.

Aetna plumbing did a great job installing a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. They showed up on time and the plumber who did the work was professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again!
