Doctor Simon's has been a great doctor for me, very professional very attentive and she listens and cares about her patients, she is a great doctor and a wonderful wonderful person.

Dr. Simon is on point...unless you NEED a prescription or referral. They will both be promised to you, but soon forgotten. Daily calls to the office will eventually work for prescriptions (in a week or so, but will be sent to random locations.) The staff's hands are tied, but attempt to do everything in their power to help. You are welcome to bring in routine prescriptions (used daily) as a new patient- just do not count on them to be entered correctly- then you are the one to suffer for months until a specialist is available. Her staff is AMAZING! They are knowledgeable, and truly care about your individual needs...ALWAYS go above and beyond!
