My 94 year old Grandmother's toilet quit working unexpectedly. It is her only bathroom and we needed it fixed today. Phillip McDonald Plumbing was very understanding and came out the same day and replaced her toilet for us. They are very professional and do excellent quality work. I have trusted Phillip McDonald Plumbing for years of emergency plumbing needs and making upgrades to my house. The latest thing they did was install a water softener. I spoke with Morgan to schedule the service and review options. She gave me a breakdown of systems, costs, and add-ons for the future. She also worked with me on finding the best location for the softener because our main water shut off was at the front of the house. I was so happy she was able to make it work in the garage!
