Overall my husband & I have been very satisfied with the service from Florida Pest Control & the technician Chelsea Roberts. Chelsea notifies of upcoming visits & holds to the time frame of the scheduled appointment. She is thorough when doing the inspection & treatment. Always pleasant, professional, respectful of our property & pet Snowball. She is knowledgeable about what products are pet safe. And products needed to spot treat for 1 time occurrences should they occur. She provides education to minimize any possible pest problems. I can't say enough nice things about Gene Criswell. He is knowledgeable, reliable and just overall respectful of people and property. I couldn't have asked for a better technician for the last 8 years and I hope he protects our home for many more years. He is truly an asset to any company. Thanks Gene!
Gene Criswell is the BEST! Since he's been doing the service (4 years now) I have noticed the biggest difference, not noticing near as many bugs in my house. Not only does he provide a 5 star service, he very considerate of my schedule and always contacts me ahead of time.
