Overall my husband & I have been very satisfied with the service from Florida Pest Control & the technician Chelsea Roberts. Chelsea notifies of upcoming visits & holds to the time frame of the scheduled appointment. She is thorough when doing the inspection & treatment. Always pleasant, professional, respectful of our property & pet Snowball. She is knowledgeable about what products are pet safe. And products needed to spot treat for 1 time occurrences should they occur. She provides education to minimize any possible pest problems. I can't say enough nice things about Gene Criswell. He is knowledgeable, reliable and just overall respectful of people and property.
