I contacted Sean after I was charged with theft after rescuing a stray cat. The cat was in dire straits with severe wounds, malnourished and very sick. After taking her to the vet who verified that the cat was not chipped and spending a large amount of money to get her back to a healthy state, a neighbor in the vicinity where I found the cat indicated that it was theirs this was weeks later. I advised of what happened and advised that the cat had developed a severe allergy to fleas and insects and could no longer be outside if they were willing to keep her in I would return.
