Don't try to work in the billing department unless you're black. Billing manager is very clearly only out to help those of her own color. She assisted everybody but me and then tried to tell me I didn't know what I was doing all because I was trying to figure out how they wanted things done. Other than that this facility offers a great service to the community and those of the LGBT community and people who are HIV positive. Lots of free services.

Find another place. Mediocre care, 10 minutes late for a lab apt with one person in the waiting room and I had to reschedule. I know, my fault because I was late but this was just a pure cut off. There is a malaise in general. Getting my paperwork from another provider was a hassel and info entered was incorrect. There was also a debacle with medication and trying to switch me to a provider even though I had insurance, it left me a mess to clean up.

This place offers a much needed service to the community .. but it's a mega, mega disorganized mess. I found the clinical staff to not be very well trained at all. I found the medical staff to be judgmental and insistent. Overall .. they try. But they fail at the end of the day.
