So impressed with Kaz with Zerorez! Scheduling was super easy and convenient, and the service was amazing. Kaz made my sectional look brand new again—so fresh and clean! Highly recommend if you want quality results without the hassle.
Nice couple guys, very polite. Did a good job. Next day i noticed a new stain on carpet, but it was actually a stain on the padding under the carpet.(Previous owner had a couple large dogs). They came out the next day to address, and explained its deep down into the padding. As they worked on it, the stain disappeared. But once they turned the fan on to dry, it was coming back right before my eyes. It does look a little better though and they didn't charge me for the recall. //UPDATE 5/21/25- The stains that were not there before, but were revealed after Zero Res did their cleaning, got even darker and horrible looking over the next few weeks.
