Trane a/c compressor seized after 6 years. Wilson quoted a new carrier system same day and installed it the nextday. No issues since. Now we have a 10 year transferable warranty.
Wilson Heating and Air have been my go to ever since I bought this house. They are always professional and knowledgeable about the situation in which my unit was acting up or not working properly.
Recently, I had my entire unit replaced and upgraded. The employees were super respectful and clean. They were in and out in about 8 hours. They are always able to make time if I have a problem and very pleasant to talk to. In person and on the phone. I’m thankful there are people like this in our community. Wilson Air has been my AC maintenance and service provider for nearly a decade, including twice-annual preventive maintenance. Without exception, their technicians have been knowledgeable, courteous, and professional! Likewise, the inside-office staff has been jolly-on-the-spot, making sure that appointments were made and completed with calls and emails. Absolutely love these guys!!
