Rico and his crew did an AMAZING job!!My lanai looks brand new. He also did the windows which was a great bonus!! Having him come once a year. Very reasonably priced as well?? He was prompt on time, professional and courteous. Highly recommend him and would give him 10 stars plus!!!!

I recently hired Wash this way, to clean and seal my pavers, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! From the start, Rico was professional and courteous, arriving on time and ready to work. They used top-notch equipment, and I could immediately see the difference as they cleaned my pavers—years of grime and stains were gone, leaving them looking like new.
What impressed me the most was the attention to detail. They made sure to remove all debris from between the pavers and applied the sealant evenly, leaving a smooth finish that really enhanced the color and texture of my pavers. We had a GREAT experience with Rico! Our house is two stories and a lot of work. It looks completely brand new! He went above and beyond to make our home shiny and spotless. He had a camera on him the whole time so you could see his progress. Absolutely remarkable, we highly recommend him. Thank you Rico!
