We were pretty impressed. I called at 10:30am for a clogged toilet. This was after my husband tried to auger it with no success. Chris answered the phone and told me someone would be here after 3pm. I told him we were home all day, no rush. Christian came at about 4. He was extremely polite and explained everything that he was going to do/was doing. Unfortunately, the problem wasn't straightforward, but Christian persevered. Eventually, he was able to clear the clog without removing the toilet. Our garbage disposal was leaking and was very loud. I picked up a new one at Lowe’s and asked Village Plumbing to install it. It was the day before Labor Day, so I wasn’t expecting they would be available until the next Tuesday. Monday morning the son of the owner called asking when it would be convenient for him to come. Adam Vogel was very proficient, plus he took care of an issue with one of our bathroom sinks.

They are amazing. Called them for an emergency when I had a leak in the front yard. I know they were fully booked that day but they managed to get someone there that same day. They explained what caused the leak, they did a thorough job with the repair and their price was reasonable.
