If I had a vendor-of-the-year award, I would pick Tech Hospital. Even though I can afford new phones, I always buy used phones from them because of their service. No matter what goes wrong (old people need lots of help), they are just around the corner to help. They are 100% honest and twice told me I did not need a new phone and fixed the issue when they could have sold me another one. They can be trusted.
