If I had a vendor-of-the-year award, I would pick Tech Hospital. Even though I can afford new phones, I always buy used phones from them because of their service. No matter what goes wrong (old people need lots of help), they are just around the corner to help. They are 100% honest and twice told me I did not need a new phone and fixed the issue when they could have sold me another one. They can be trusted.

Reviews
The knowledge and patience your staff had was beyond exceptional. I am pushing 70 years old and have had a stroke. Both of your employees, the one that checked me in and the one that checked me out were both knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. You have made a repeat customer whenever I need electronic help. Thank you.
This place is so wonderful. We are on vacation in Saint Augustine and my phone has been freezing ever since the beginning of the trip and the employee was awesome. I highly recommend coming here to get your phone fixed!!
