So glad we chose to go with Sunshine Roof for our new roof located off of Cypress Links Blvd in Elkton, Fl. They did an amazing job. Chuck was really great at explaining everything to us and answering all of our questions. The office manager, Katherine, assisted with getting all documents together and coordinating material drop-offs, crew arrivals, and dumpster. During the job the crew kept things clean, worked efficiently, were respectful, and helpful when needed. After the job was done, Katherine made sure we received all necessary paperwork for warranty coverage. I highly recommend Sunshine Roof Services. They are a local company, owned by long-time residents, which matters to me. They are courteous, professional, and easy to contact. The price was competitive and fair. My new roof is beautiful and my skylights were updated.
Sunshine Roof Services did an excellent reroofing job on our Vilano Beach home for a good price. On the day of the installation the crew supervised by Dillon were onsite early and conducted themselves in a friendly and professional manner. The removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof took 2 days, less time than we had expected. The jobsite was thoroughly cleaned, and the roof looks great. We promptly received our wind mitigation report once we settled up. It was a pleasure to work with Chuck and Kathy in the office. I highly recommend Sunshine Roof Services.
