I was in a race against the clock to clean out my hoarder family members home before they came home from the hospital after a rodent infestation (that had been ongoing for years) . Not only did they get on the phone with me beforehand and clearly identify the limitations they could have seen with such a job, they took on the task and gave me an amazing price that I would’ve paid so much more for.
