Outstanding service, exceptional outcome, reasonably priced and worth every cent! Jay came to our home only to do a demo. When he cleaned 1 tile and saw the difference, we asked him to finish the kitchen on the spot. Our floor went from gray to white. Super special thanks to Jay for the great job he did. Updated** The company sent another crew to re-clean which turned out better than the first time, and they were much more careful with bringing in their equipment. Changing from 1 star to 3, but could have been a 4 or 5 if they had done a great job the first time around.Extremely disappointed with today's service. I had two bedroom carpets cleaned, one had a grayish stain from a rolling desk chair and the other had paint drops to which the technician said he couldn't really remove those but would try, while the rest of that room just needed to be refreshed really as it was a tiny bit dingy. After a very fast 20 minute cleaning, the two rooms look exactly as they did before...read full review
