When I first came to the Spine Center, I was in bad shape. I have always considered myself an active person, but at that moment, I had serious concerns with even the most basic of life tasks—like simply getting out of bed. I wanted to avoid surgery at all costs. Having watched several close friends undergo multiple back surgeries with terrible results, I was completely deterred from going down that path.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had ! Dr Albrecht and his team spent a lot of time going over my MRI and explaining the treatment plan with me .I had back injections and went through physical therapy with no relief . I have a very physical job and I thought my career was over . I am now able to do my job with very little pain . I would highly recommend the St Augustine Spine center for anyone with back pain .
