His approachable warm demeanor immediately puts you at ease when you are freaking out because your MacBook crashed out of nowhere in the middle of your masters assignment. As a student, I appreciated his candor and his understanding and not charging for a diagnosis with all the stresses of coronavirus, it was a moment of brightness and kindness in a stressful world.
