Carlton is extremely talented when it comes to anatomy, physiology, and wellness. He gave me an amazing massage that released tension, stress, and pent up energy. It was a healing and spiritual experience and he is a master at his craft. Highly recommend!
I had an amazing experience. Massage was great, had an amazing therapist who put me at ease [never had a Massage before], and it was so relaxing and peaceful. Definitely will go back again when we come back to St. Augustine again.
Booked the Salt Spa for salt cave yoga with a bachelorette party and would highly recommend! Staff was very thoughtful and easy to work with throughout. The cave was such a unique and wonderful experience, our party was very pleased. Looking forward to my next service there!
