S & S just responded to my request for service this morning to replace a couple of shingles I had lost from hurricane Milton. Steve came within an hour of my call, quickly surveyed and assessed the damage, gave me a reasonable quote for the small job, and finished the repair within a total of two hours of my initial call. He additionally found the same shingle that was on my builder's specification sheet, and provided me the leftover shingles for any future problems.
