I did a walk-in early afternoon today to get my eyebrows waxed. This isn't something I typically make a priority in my life, but it was right by my house so I decided to give it a shot.The staff were so friendly! The facility was CLEAN and inviting. And most of all, I felt comfortable there as a plus size woman.They had plus size friendly chairs at all the stations. I was nervous about the table I would have to lay on to get my brows done, but it was sturdy, and the sweet technician made sure I was comfortable with a pillow. Always pleased with pedicure results. Relaxing environment, great massage chairs, and variety of pedicare treatment choices. The technicians are all great, however, Ms. V is awesome. Legs and feet feel great after her treatment. The hot stone massage is fabulous. I book my appointments with Ms V on a regular basis and never disappoints!

The first time I came for a pedicure & gel manicure I was very disappointed. The atmosphere was anything but quiet & relaxing. The person doing my pedicure was talking to the staff member next to us the whole time. A neighbor of mine has been going to Ruby regularly and has not had the same experience so I decided to give it one more try. I asked for a female and was given Lin. She was wonderful!! She was very professional.. I had a pedicure & gel manicure & I am very happy with the results. Will definitely book with her again.
