Incredible results. I'm sorta shocked and dumbfounded after every treatment. Nicole is able to define an issue by just looking at you. Then, during her thorough and informative evaluations, she is able to pinpoint the source of the issue. Be it body mechanics or musculoskeletal trauma, she can fix it. Her techniques, extensive training, and 'tools' have corrected my chronic back pain. Through her treatments and homework, we have worked together to correct my posture, gate, movements, and even thought processes regarding my body. I'm in awe.
Premier Pilates has helped me get back on track to better, pain free health. Nicole is so knowledgeable about the body systems. She provided therapy to relieve by lower back and hip pain and gave me helpful nutrition tips along the way. Through Pilates training, she taught me how to walk, move and exercise in a way that makes me stronger and corrected some bad posture habits. Nicole has a true passion for helping people.
Nicole is amazing. She treats your whole body. She taught me that it all works together. I had 2 knee surgeries in 8 months. I could barely put pressure on my knee and it was 3x the size it normally is. In 6 weeks she has almost all the swelling gone. My limp is almost gone unless I’m tired. She’s amazing. Now it’s up to me to strengthen my knee, with the tools she taught me. Thank you Nicole!!
