I brought my two pups in for their first grooming. The groomer, Cindy did a wonderful job. Their cut was exactly what I asked for and they came out happy. I will definitely going back to Pet Paradise!
Organized. Efficient. Fun. And funny. These folks are real pros but open arms warm and extremely attentive to details on original visit. Great energy all around!Fabulous natural setting. Large pool. Employees very warm and friendly and actively involved. Thorough on records organizing initial play date for diagnosis on compatability. They got it all. Easy to find as well. Multiple clients have expressed their confidence in this group and 1 told me when she takes her dog there all she sees is the tail as her dog rushes to go play. Foe a decade she told me. A must see.
I took my 4.5 months old Jack Russell puppy to Pet Paradise for her very first Doggy Day Care today, and I will definitely go back. We used to board our dogs at that facility on a regular basis but that was well over 5 years ago and I wasn't sure what to expect. I read all the reviews on Yelp: it's interesting that they are either 5 stars or 1 star... with nothing in between, so I guess you either love it or hate it. My personal experience was great, just like it was years ago.
