We boarded our very geriatric 14 year old Yorkie at Pet Paradise for a whole week. She is frail and on meds as well as prescription food. Kade, Courtney, Madison,Christy, as well as many others on staff (sorry to not remember names) went above and beyond to accommodate our “Princess”with one on one time and the quiet time she needed at her age. We caught them often on webcam treating our dog and the others like their own with pets, pick ups and love. We could call (and did) anytime and whoever answered would give us a full and accurate report. If we had any concerns the staff would address it and often had anticipated the concern already. We will choose Pet Paradise again. We highly recommend them and will put our baby no other place.

Pet Paradise took wonderful care of our 2 dogs! Our boys loved watching them on the webcams. It put everyone’s minds at ease to be able to see them having such a great time. The registration process was a breeze and they were extremely accommodating and easy to work with. We will definitely use Pet Paradise on our next trip to St. Augustine!
