What a great group! They made our dog feel at home, put him in the quiet area and introduced him to one dog each visit to help him feel more comfortable.
Care, kindness and understanding our skittish pup sums it up.
They went above and beyond to make sure that our pet “ 100 pound American Bulldog “ was calm and comfortable. Our pet had a severe anxiety attack his body was trembling he hadn’t been boarded there since 2023, they did their best to soothe him. I called our vet at “ Forever vets Murabella” for anxiety meds and the nice lady drove to pick up his medicine. They contacted me daily about his condition and progress. Thankfully they were aware and able to notice that he needed help Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The grooming is awesome! My dog only goes to Chelsea. She is by far the best groomer we have gone to. She is kind and patient with my pup. Cannot say enough good things about her. Highly recommend Chelsea!
