North Florida Towing and Recovery is incredible. I was trying to get home from work and knew my normal route would be flooded so I took a different route. It was flooded too and I made the poor decision to drive through it. My car died in the road. I called North Florida Towing and Recovery to get a tow. They told me they could have somebody to me in 15-30 minutes. I don’t think I even had to wait 10 minutes before AL showed up. AL helped to make a bad situation better. He was fast getting the car hooked up and we were on the way back to my house quickly. I had a flat tire and this company was chosen through my insurance for a tow. The communication was prompt and detailed and Joseph was so nice, helpful and efficient at his job. He’s a great guy. Highly recommend! Great employee and great company!
